Following the guidance of Greek health ministry, we are ready to welcome you with a health & safety protocol, ensuring the best possible holidays for you without losing the sense of the relaxation and the Cretan hospitality.
The stuff of Lotos Seaside hotel in Sougia and Lotos Luxury Apartments in Chania, has received special training in the application of the new health protocols. We have expanded our strategic collaboration with Diversey®, international leader in health and sanitation solutions, using specialized professional disinfectants, certified according to European Standards for Covid-19.
Αll bed linen, towels and fabrics are cleaning in high temperatures.
All the fabric surfaces (e.g. furniture upholstery) are cleaning with a steam device.
Remote controls are covered with one-use membranes.

Check-out until 11:00 a.m. and check-in from 15:00 pm.
During the time between each check-in and check-out between different guests the room is cleaned, thoroughly disinfected and adequate natural ventilation of the space follows.
